Hi Callay, I’m Amelia, a student at Paihia School. I really like your post on how to make “hot cakes”. It seem like a really simple recipe. Normally when I bake pancakes I end up over cooking or under cooking pancakes/pikelets and it gets so frustrating. Do you enjoy baking??
